This text would have been a great contribution. Unfortunately there is an abundance of errors from digitalization: lots of the pages are in the wrong order, others are scanned twice or thrice with again others missing which is the worst problem. Moreover sometimes parts of the page are missing or unreadble (probably to book movement during the scanning process).
Look for example at Örvar-Odd's Death Song, pp. 56-59 (pdf
p.180ff): you get: 56, 57, 56, 59, 58, 59, 60, 63, 62. If you want to print multiple pages on one sheet, it is useless without previous editing of the pdf.
Another, much worse instance occurs at p. 70ff (pdf
p.194ff):
you get 70, [page no lacking: 1st page of Útsteins Battle Verses, with missing text on the left], 70, 73, [page no lacking: 1st page of Örvar-Oddr in Biálkaland with smudged right side], 73 , 76, [page no missing: 1st page of Flytings of Ketil and Grím], 68 with smudged right side, again [page no missing: 1st page of Flytings of Ketil and Grím], 70 (3rd time now, right side smudged), again [page no lacking: 1st page of Útsteins Battle Verses, with missing text on the left], 82, 83, 82, 85 and so on.
The text itself, though a bit aged, is still of high value for everyone interested in Old Norse studies. With this version, though, it is virtually useless - unless you happen to need a part which is digitalized correctly. What a shame.
